Happy 3rd Birthday Haley!!

I know we are a couple days late, I didn't have the pictures to post!
I can't believe that we are actually wishing Haley a happy 3rd birthday! Time sure does fly!

Here she is right after she was born! What a cutie!
You were about a month old in this one!

Today she went to the GI doctor and she is 36.5 pounds (with a full diaper) and 38 inches tall! What a big girl! We won't have our 3 year check up until the end of next month because our doc is having a hip replacement tomorrow. So those stats will have to do for now. She amazes us everyday with the things she says and does! Some good, some bad!

Today she was telling mimi and papi how to drive! "No, you need to turn right here instead!" She tells me all the time when the light is green, to go mommy go.

"You're silly daddy (or mommy)"

"No mommy, we share."

There are just too many good ones to remember and write down! Everything is three hours according to her.

She also told daddy today, "I love mommy. I don't love daddy." I was out to dinner with a friend.

When I am with her she tells me, "Mommy I miss you so much."

She also likes to be a great big sister! Or should I say another mommy. I often hear, "No Kiptyn, you can't have that, you're allergic." Or just plain "No Kiptyn."

Just too cute.

She goes to preschool twice a week for 3 hours and loves it. She is a little smarty (sometimes too much for her own good!). We have a parent teacher conference next week!

She is still super shy though! She doesn't like to be the center of attention to big crowds...we noticed this at her birthday party the other day. She just wasn't herself and wouldn't eat or even blow our her candles. It takes her a while to warm up to people.

Letter to Haley.

Haley,

Mommy and daddy are very proud of you and the little girl you have become. You have grown up so quickly! There isn't an hour in the day that goes by that we don't smile by something you have said or done. You are super cute. We love your hugs and kisses and sweet words. You are such a great big sister too! We know that a lot has happened in your second year of life and we hope that it has a positive impact on you and the long life ahead of you. You have taught mommy and daddy a lot about how to enjoy life a day at a time. We thank you for cheering us up when we need it the most and for kissing our boo boos as well. You have kept mommy and daddy going this year! We love you very much. We hope that you have a wonderful third year and you continue to blossom. We love you.
Hugs and kisses,

Mommy and Daddy
